We’re your one stop shop for industrial equipment repair, servicing and maintenance, covering all makes and models of pumps, valves, electric motors, gearboxes and more. From workshop repairs and overhauls to on site servicing and maintenance, we provide expert advice, reliable workmanship and cost effective solutions that help keep your equipment running and minimise downtime.

Lee Oliver
Director
Lee joined the company in 2017 as the General Manager and became the Director and Owner in 2020. Lee is a Chartered Engineer (CEng, IMechE) with an MBA and Engineering Degree and over 25 years’ experience in pumps, turbines, and compressors, he brings the leadership, technical expertise, and industry knowledge that drives the company forward
Sara Oliver
Director
Sara joined Fenflow in 2021 and manages Human Resources, Marketing, Public Relations and day to day operations, with a key focus on Quality, ISO 9001, Health & Safety and compliance. She oversees the Quality Management System, internal audits and continual improvement, helping ensure Fenflow’s processes are efficient, compliant and consistently customer focused.
Steven Howlett
Sales Manager
Steve joined Fenflow in 2023, bringing 16 years’ experience in the engine and power generation sector, along with a strong focus on safety, quality and performance. After progressing into sales, Steve became Sales Manager in 2026, where he leads the sales team and works closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide reliable, cost effective solutions. His strong sales skills, technical understanding and excellent communication enable him to identify customer needs, develop the right solutions and build lasting relationships with customers.
Jim Foxon
Sales Technician
Jim joined Fenflow in January 2024 as a Workshop Technician, bringing a strong background in pumps, mechanical engineering and practical problem solving. With his extensive technical knowledge and excellent rapport with customers, Jim has now progressed into his role as Sales Technician. Jim combines his hands on workshop experience with a strong understanding of customer requirements, helping customers find the right pumps, parts, repairs and engineering solutions across all makes and models.
Ian Laing
Workshop Production & Quality Lead
Ian has been part of Fenflow since 2009, progressing from Workshop Technician to Senior Technician. With extensive hands-on experience across all makes and models of pumps and industrial equipment, Ian brings a wealth of practical knowledge to his role as Workshop Production & Quality Lead. He oversees workshop production, quality and consistency, while supporting the team and sharing his knowledge with our apprentices.
Tina Boyer
Admin Manager
Tina has been a valued member of Fenflow for over 35 years, joining in 1989 as a part time Office Clerk today, she leads our administrative team, overseeing customer invoicing, payments, purchase orders and the setup and administration of new jobs. With more than three decades of experience, Tina is a key point of contact for all of our customers.
Workshop Team
Experienced technicians, machinists and apprentices with hands on expertise across all makes and models of industrial equipment. Working both on site and in our workshop, our team delivers repairs, overhauls, machining and maintenance withquality, safety and reliability at the heart of every job.
