Lee joined the company in 2017 as the General Manager and became the Director and Owner in 2020. He is a Chartered Engineer with an MBA and Engineering Degree with over 25 years experience working in the pump, turbine and compressor business, all of which has provided Lee with the leaderships skills and experience to drive the company forward.
Sara joined the company in 2021, after leaving the NHS she now manages Human Resources, Marketing, Public Relations and assists the director with the day to day operations of the business. She has an IOSH in managing safety and brings with her a breadth of experience in management and administration.
Nick joined the team in 2009 and has a wealth of experience in the industry. With his Nebosh Level 3 Certificate, Health and Safety is always paramount whether assisting customers at initial contact or site visits for quotations all the way through to work commencement and ensuring the customer is kept up to date with current progress.
Jason has been with Fenflow Ltd since January 2008, starting off as a fitter/welder he spent 9 years working on the shop floor before taking on a new challenge as a sales engineer. In this role he is able to apply his knowledge and experience, putting the customers needs first and ensuring they get the quality and commitment they deserve.
Tina joined the team in 1989, originally working part time as an office clerk and then progressing to admin manager. Tina oversees the administrative operations and account invoicing, including processing payments and purchase orders.
Frances joined the team in 2015 and in responsible for all purchases of materials, products and supplies, interacting with suppliers to obtain product specifications and prices. Frances also supports the admin manager with the day to day running of the office.

Mechanical Fitter/Pump Engineer
Mechanical Fitter/Pump & Valve Engineer with previous hands on experience in the pump/valve industry looking for a technically challenging and rewarding role. This position would suit an Engineer with electrical/mechanical background looking for a long term permanent position. The candidate will work both on site and in our Spalding workshop, and must have a proven background in this type of work. Successful applicants will be required to work overtime (including occasional weekends) and respond to out of hours call outs when required.
· Have good hands on experience in Pump and/or Valve repair, maintenance, servicing and installation; including control panels and valve testing.
· You must have at least 2 years in the industry
· Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
· Be well organised and have a positive attitude
· Be reliable and conscientious in your work
· Have a strong work ethic and the ability to work within a team effectively
· Ensure all jobs are completed in line with H&S policy and guidelines
